Sample Post 2

One morning, when Gregor Samsa woke from troubled dreams, he found himself transformed in his bed into a horrible vermin. He lay on his armour-like back, and if he lifted his head a little he could see his brown belly, slightly domed and divided by arches into stiff sections. The bedding was hardly able to cover it and seemed ready to slide off any moment. His many legs, pitifully thin compared with the size of the rest of him, waved about helplessly as he looked. “What’s happened to me?” he thought. It wasn’t a dream. His room, a proper human room although a little too small, lay peacefully between its four familiar walls. A collection of textile samples lay spread out on the table – Samsa was a travelling salesman – and above it there hung a picture that he had recently cut out of an illustrated magazine and housed in a nice, gilded frame. It showed a lady fitted out with a fur hat and fur boa who sat upright, raising a heavy fur muff that covered the whole of her lower arm towards the viewer. Gregor then turned to look out the window at the dull weather. Drops

Did my iPhone overexpose it a bit? Yes but you get the point.🤣😍

Photography is all about LIGHT!

If you trust your photographer you’ll want THEM to scope the best spots for you, not only for the backdrop but for so much more. It will serve you better than giving a shot list. 💛

When we photographers can have freedom to shoot what we see is best, we can put you in the most flattering light that illuminates your face+skin and hide any imperfections you might not want to document (and if you don’t care that’s fine too, but we all have insecurities so us photographers try our best to make you feel beautiful, however that looks to you!). We can get creative with composition, shadows, and all sorts of fun things to do our best work!

My best tip for the best photos is hiring a photographer you love and letting them do their magic, uninhibited.😍😍😍

Loved visiting @thecolonyhouse here in this video with @kiacassiah for her wedding. 😍
Just a personal post to support my husband! I noticed from my Warped Tour post that a lot more friends like that genre, so I figured why not share this too!

My husband’s band @uponthewater dropped a new single! If you like some heavier music and want to support them, you can listen to them on Spotify or YouTube and share their reels! 💛

We’re not meant to build in isolation. Community changes EVERYTHING. Share this with a mom in business that inspires you. 💛
Things are shifting as I find my footing in work again, but I think it’s going to be something really good.

If you’re in a season of change too, building something as you raise tiny humans, I see you.

Looking forward to finding my people as I blossom into something new. 💛
